Stratos Motorsports

Stratos Motorsports was formed in May 2010 by its team principal James Russell. The main goal of the team is to win as many races as it can, and to always provide the best service to its drivers. Initially the team was a relatively small outfit with only two drivers in the 2010 season and one other employee, steadily building in size to the outfit as it is today.

In its first full year in 2011, Stratos won three championship titles: the Rotax Max Challenge DD2 title, All Star Karting KF3 title, as well as the Malaysian Karting Championship Junior title. In 2012 there were 19 podium places in the bag including six first places, plus two of our drivers (Daniel Woodroof and Silvano Christian) won places in the Rotax Grand Finals in Portugal.

The team’s workshop is located in Selangor, Malaysia. We’re just 10 minutes from the Speedway PLUS Subang circuit, and about 30 minutes from the Sepang Karting Circuit.
